For those of you who haven't heard, there are reports that some people's entire existence is being deleted by government officials in order to deport them. Several reports of this happening, not only to Hispanic people, but to people who have posted comments or criticisms of the administration.

After seeing the backlash from the new Iran/Isreal conflict, I want to remind people that while retaliation against Isreal feels just for the genocide they are inflicting on Palestine, it isn't justice. We as a species are often retaliatory and reactionary. But the answer to war is not more war.

If you're only following this "debate" through popular media you probably have the impression that studies on youth gender medicine are roughly split between benefits and harms.
Nope! Nearly every study finds benefits. The "debate" is just a bunch of people going, "Those don't count."

It was mother's day yesterday and the only thing I could think about was a post that pointed out that, if we hadn't spent so much time fearing trans ppl, we could have had artificial or grown uteruses. I want to be a mother so badly, and I'll never get to do it the natural way 😭
