I owe a big chunk of my start in comics to an old forum so I have a soft spot for the concept...But it was a tiny local one and even then there was some toxicity there, so I can definitely see how it might not be the best environment!

Crystal Heart is coming out in print this November from Dark Horse!

But what exactly IS IT, you ask? Well, you've come to the right 🧵!

1. #CrystalHeart is an actual play comic. It's about four friends playing a #TTRPG, and the story follows both what happens in the game world AND around the table.

Totally! The intensity and emoting in her face is something I'd expect from an actress or singer, it's so cool to see someone not used to being in front of a camera do that. I've only recently got into the UK version of this show and I love it so much. The representation and joy is a delight.
