The game was meant to take place during the Reconstruction era, and would have featured a Black assassin confronting the emergence of the Ku Klux Klan.

Game Freak, stop adding legendaries to games you can't justify them being present in. I got tired of all the legendaries being thrown in without any lore back in Gen VIII. The lore's most of the appeal in legendaries for me.
