3 Dems crossed party lines to vote to jail providers.
4 GOP crossed party lines to vote against.
It is not expected to pass the Senate, where Dems hold filibuster power.

Obviously I understand where people who say things like "gender isn't real" are coming from, but, like, I put a whole lot into the gender I have and sometimes it feels dismissive of people who actively choose a binary gender.

I will NEVER vote for a politician who votes for anti-trans legislation. Never. I don't care who it is, it's a dead issue. Move on. If my vote is so important to the future of democracy they should have thought of that before they voted to exterminate my child.

I really wish Kraft would make vegan versions of their "Devour" frozen meals. I feel like a seitan version of their buffalo chicken mac and cheese would be bomb as fuck.
(Disclaimer: I'm not vegan (mostly due to a vegetable aversion) but I do like to find replacements when possible)
