Thank god for William Contreras. But also, I continue to be in awe in Sophia Minnaert’s ability to conduct quality interviews and translate in real time. She truly sets the bar high for sideline reporters. We are lucky to still have her. #Brewers

I should be allowed to quit work for the day when one neighbor is vacuuming her car outside one window, the other neighbor is using a saw outside the other window, and my husband’s decided now’s a great time to do yard work. I will never understand why fans side with billionaire owners. I think is changing (albeit slowly) over time, though, and I think social media has something to do with it. But there is still a lot of opportunity for MLBPA to turn the court of public opinion in their favor before the next CBA.
A lot of people On Here who don’t know anything about the economics of baseball are being loud and wrong about the need for a salary cap.
Very strange to see a bunch of so-called progressives cape for billionaire owners crying poverty instead of supporting a labor union.

I will never understand why fans side with billionaire owners. I think is changing (albeit slowly) over time, though, and I think social media has something to do with it. But there is still a lot of opportunity for MLBPA to turn the court of public opinion in their favor before the next CBA.

Attended my first game at Target Field this weekend. Not only do they allow people to bring in a sealed bottle of water (which I think most parks do), they let you bring in your empty reusable bottle and have bottle fill stations throughout the park. Potable water should be free everywhere!
