If evidence has been destroyed, juries are instructed that they can assume that evidence would have shown the defendant's guilt.

I always find it interesting how the story changes when a lawyer gets to court. They can say anything they want outside of court without accountability but the rules are vastly different in court where you can get seriously penalized for lying.

Long past time for the minimum wage be raised to a living wage. No one should go hungry here especially kids. Corporations will never do it until forced by minimum wage hike. Everything else has gone up over the years but wages. Long long past due. 🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🗽🇺🇸⚖️💙🩷🍀
