Israel illegally intercepted another flotilla carrying humanitarian aid to Gaza, detaining six Canadians in the process.

The government says it offered consular assistance.

But a contact for the three Newfoundlanders on board told me the support from the government has, largely, been “nothing.”

My partner and I have both missed a lot of work recently due to mental and physical health issues and we're facing pretty small paychecks as a result of it. I don't know exactly what the damage is yet, but any amount would help us not be late on rent for next month.

Remain tempted to write a silly story involving an evil mirror version of the protagonist. Where it starts out with the protagonist seeming to be a guy and the evil mirror clone being a woman. But then both their eggs crack around the same time and they transition opposite ways.
