I get it yet the points he is making don't draw a straight line. I'd argue New Zealand is closer right now than Australia. What holds up here is compulsory voting and an independent AEC. NZ does not have compulsory voting & parties like ACT have been given way too much power there.

Who wins the IP split - my employer or the place I'm renting my home if I work from home?

Would be interested to see an IP experts take on this in the #auspol context. Does this stack up legally?

Are they going to take my employer to court & demand their share of IP when I'm already under legal obligation with my employer when I work from home? Or international publishers?

I'd get an IP expert onto this because it's not going to work out the way they think it will.
