I'm not surprised it's rare with how people are trained to just agree to terms because they're nagged about it. Really, anybody else who got that card is probably the type who's going to buy every apple device that comes out and worship at the alter.

I know I opened mine to buy a MBP on payments.

Then I agreed to those terms today in the system-level dialog the phone has been bugging me with for a while and next thing you know I got a few notifications for charges that happened Thursday and all of the missing transactions filled into the app.

This is the GS card integrated into the Wallet app. A lot of things go there because it used to be the most convenient card I had and using apple pay at merchants and choosing that card was easy too.

I know I've been staring at Latest Card Transactions saying 10/18 Floatplane $5 for a month.

For that card, treat it like others where I pay it down and spend less on it and use more of the per-merchant privacy cards tied to a checking debit card.

Just need to do more of that and quit google home and change more accounts away from my gmail and then I'm out.

Really wish I took pictures or a video. That stupid transactions section has been stuck for close to a month but I've been working around it knowing what I spend and the credit left.

It's really weird. No notifications problem with any 3rd party apps and that's the only apple app I've been using besides weather since mostly leaving the ecosystem and only using that phone on wifi much earlier this year.

Terms were for icloud and for apple media services, whatever that is.

Yeah balance completely worked and I could make payments but until I agreed to the icloud terms the latest card transactions was showing charges from 10/18.

What bullshit. Just one more reason why I'm done with big tech integrated into my life.

There's no reason the primary way to look at credit card transactions and payments should be tied to the operating system. I'm not talking about timely push notifications. I'm talking about loading the information at all.

Most of FL is not a place you can just walk or bike as part of your transportation lifestyle without cars getting in the way.
