Needs more press:

-227 kids have died from influenza so far this flu season

-90% unvaccinated

-kids flu vax rates have dropped from 64% to 49% in past 5 years

Kids are dying from anti-vax nonsense and very few are reporting it.

@maddow.msnbc.com If you are planning on covering President Biden’s cancer dx, please amplify facts from an oncologist or hematologist that will disrupt the false narrative that there was some sort of cover-up. Aggressive cancer doesn’t care who you are- and can indeed develop incredibly quickly.

WATCH: @aoc.bsky.social explains how the Republican bill will:

- Gut Medicaid
- Increase premiums for private health insurance
- Force rural hospitals to close

All to give a giant tax handout to billionaires.

You really have to be a special kind of evil to rip $1 BILLION from school mental health and anti-violence programs—because they dared to be inclusive. Trump isn’t saving kids—he’s sacrificing them to push his hateful agenda.

Being human is the only requirement for human rights.

There is no disability, diagnosis, gender, sexuality, race, ethnicity, age, criminal record, religion, country of origin, etc that disqualifies a person.

No nation prospers by shortchanging its children. Public schools are key to the success of each child and our entire nation. I refuse to sacrifice them so billionaires and big corporations can get richer, and I’ll keep fighting to save our schools from the Trump-Musk chainsaw.

It’s obscene to cut aid to kids in public schools so Donald Trump and Elon Musk can give tax cuts to billionaires. I’m fighting to put a stop to it.

Public education is the foundation of our future. We have a moral responsibility to defend it.

The massive income and wealth inequality that exists in America today is literally a matter of life and death.

People in wealthy counties live SEVEN years longer than people in poorer communities. That’s unacceptable.

EVERYONE has the right to a long, happy and productive life.

Trump and Musk are going after Social Security, Medicaid, the VA, and public education.

In what universe, in what world, in what religion is it morally acceptable to cut programs for hungry children in order to reward the wealthy?

Elon Musk and Donald Trump’s dismantling of USAID will lead to millions of preventable deaths.

The decision of the richest person in the world to destroy an agency that delivers life-saving aid to the poorest people on the planet is unconscionable.

It may not be cool or hip in some circles, but we legitimately do need a massive amount of people to run for office.

Flood the school boards, councils, county seats, state legislatures, Congress, etc.

Big changes at the top happen when the ground shifts at the bottom. And that can start now.

Pretty damn good framing for Dems
How much Elon Musk makes from the government a day: $8 million.

How much a senior on Social Security gets a day: $65

Guess which budget Musk and Trump want to cut?

The top health care companies in America spent 95% of their profits to make their CEOs & stockholders obscenely rich.

How many Americans would be alive today if those companies spent $2.6 trillion on disease prevention and primary care, instead of stock buybacks and dividends?
