Sounds like Republicans.
Apparently, "in 2016 engineers warned that Kerr County faced a high risk of a devastating flood. They recommended high-water sensors, river gauges, and automated alerts to protect lives. FEMA and NOAA offered funding pathways, but local Republican leadership rejected those recommendations."

I have said for 10 years that FOTUS is not in charge. It's the people behind him running the show. ALWAYS. He is just their vessel and to dumb (or blackmailed) to realize it. 1/2
