If it’s dogs, politics, grammar, food or football, I probably have an opinion She/her. You might know me from the b.org. Buffista
I've had my own frustrations, but anti-Jeffries choruses are (often deliberately) creating a do-nothing appearance to obscure the reality that congressional Dems are wringing every last drop of the incredibly limited power voters gave them last year.
Huh. I have been told on Bluesky repeatedly that Jeffries is a terrible, weak, ineffective leader, and that the Democrats aren't doing anything.🤔😒😉

I want EVERYONE who joined Jeffrey Epstein in abusing women and children to go to jail for their heinous crimes, doesn’t matter their political affiliation.

Fascist republicans want to protect all of their pedo rapists who joined him at all costs.

That’s the difference.

A huge night for Democrats:

—They flip Miami's mayorship.
—They flip a state House district in Georgia that had voted Trump by 13%.
—They keep Albuquerque's mayorship, while the liberal faction flips city council.
—And they get big overperformances (+18 & +22) in 2 Florida specials.

The fact that a second strike like that in an armed conflict is definitely a war crime should not completely negate the fact that *there is no war* and ALL the strikes are cold-blooded murder. The whole chain of command are murderers.

This guy was very “whatevs” when I offered him supper tonight - super out of character.

Come to find out he let himself into the upstairs neighbor’s this morning and ate a whole-ass bag of chow.

Honored to be able to attend the austincomingtogether.org membership awards tonight.

Just a tremendous group of people to be among. Opportunities to take action and build our communities are out there, and if anything will help us come back from <> it’s doing the work.

Today is a good day to remember, and to say, that the #MeToo movement was right, and was righteous, and has been vindicated over and over again. There was no overreach. There was no excess. There was no they-went-too-far.

So much work remains to be done.

To my trans and nonbinary friends, I am so sorry that you have to deal with this hate. And I hope to see us reach the other side of it soon. And, we will reach the other side. This is horrifying, but it is ultimately the latest iteration of a time-worn tale. And their time always comes to an end.

I've seen this go by a few times on TikTok now and I have to say, I love this idea. We need a way to convince people to keep running even if they don't win, maybe building the loss into it as a troll move is the secret.

Spanberger can reverse GOP Gov. Glenn Youngkin's reinstatement of a Jim Crow-era lifetime voting ban for felonies.

Dem lawmakers can also put a constitutional amendment on next year's ballot to permanently end it
