I LOVE Slowdive, I but I REALLY love Mojave 3. These days— I hear them simultaneously when I listen to either.
A real treat. I mean, you can get the 'boy Mazzy Star are great' connection (literally talk about this in my Patreon entry tomorrow) but given Slowdive's "Some Velvet Morning" cover, them going this route absolutely could happen, and did.
it’s difficult to convey the impact this album had on slowdive fans when they pivoted to Mojave 3, to be clear we loved it, a lot
