We expected 2,000 people out in GOP-held Greeley, Colorado.

11,000 people showed up.

Something special is happening, folks. Now is the time to organize in every dimension possible and get to work.

This negotiation between the US and Russia, and cutting out Ukraine, is just like when Trump cut out Afghanistan and negotiated with Taliban.

We see how that “good deal” turned out. Afghanistan was on Trump

Every Trump deal fails

Here’s a better peace plan for Ukraine.

“Russia, you’ve already sustained twice as many casualties as the US did in ww2. Leave Ukraine or suffer four times more, and collapse as a country in the process”

Fact check: nearly 70 percent of US money for Ukraine actually went to US defense industry to replenish the stocks of OLD stuff that went to Ukraine to use.

Much of which we would have paid to destroy as their lifespan expired.

And again.
NEW: DOJ files a notice of correction indicating that (1) it underestimated the number of USAID employees placed on leave; and (2) misstated that only future contracts were being frozen, when existing contracts were frozen as well.

I suspect the judge will not be happy.

The voters of Kentucky voted for this by a 30 percent margin in 2024.

They’re getting exactly what they asked for when they went to the voting booth.

Don’t cry about buyer’s remorse now.
In a message sent today from University of Kentucky president Eli Capilouto, to the UK community:

“If this policy change is enacted, it will impact the way we do research at the University of Kentucky. It will cost UK tens of millions of dollars annually and will hit our local and state economies.”
Again if you are at an institution that relies on NIH funding, in a state that either is or isn’t on this lawsuit, I’d love to hear how the next few days shake out. Signal is davelevitan.26, can remain anonymous.

They deserve privacy.

May I recommend setting up a Proton mail and not using your government work email to file a complaint. And don't do it during your tour of duty hours. Document everything. This isn't legal advice. Just advice from a friend.
Feels like a good time to remind everyone that if you are a public servant wishing to report retaliation, acts of corruption or abuse of government power, I have a page for that on my website: www.wyden.senate.gov/whistleblowe...
