Robbie Gibb was appointed to the BBC Board by Boris Johnson, was an editorial advisor for GB News, and worked as Theresa May's Director of Comms.

He is not impartial or neutral. The government should remove him from the Board immediately to protect the BBC's independence.

Nigel Farage, seems to be doing alright out of this BBC fiasco. He’s been on telly more times than Only Fools and Horses re-runs this week. He spends 30 seconds talking about the BBC and then is allowed to spout his Reform manifesto for ten minutes. Still, left wing bias on the media, eh?

Mass culling of cormorants won't save European fish stocks, BirdLife warns
BirdLife International has rejected proposals from eight EU Member States to reclassify Great Cormorant as a huntable species and co-ordinate continent-wide culls. The organisation warns that such measures would not restore fish stocks, could create legal uncertainty and would undermine decades of conservation work. Instead, BirdLife advocates for targeted local action and habitat restoration to tackle the real drivers of fish population decline.
