Today at 34 & Park in Minneapolis, a woman tried to drive down the street where a protest had broken out in front of a home ICE was raiding, saying she had a doctor apt to get to. ICE agents busted out her windows, cut off her seatbelt, and pulled her out before arresting her.

In MN this is what I’ve seen: ICE shot a mom in the face, beat and dragged a pregnant woman resulting in a miscarriage, beat an elderly woman and broke her hands and ribs, tackled students being dismissed from class, arrested teenagers at their after school jobs. ICE in Minneapolis are pussies!!

yeah they’re just grabbing random people at bus stops there is absolutely no attempt to even give the pretense that this is about immigration anymore. it is absolutely just a military occupation
Not an exaggeration at all to say that the feeling in Minneapolis is that the entire metro area is being treated as occupied territory by federal agents. Impossible to overstate how overwhelmingly people here do not like it. This does not feel sustainable.
