Well with this Big Bullshit Bill being past I believe NY, NJ, CT, CA and whoever else wants to join should deny payment of taxes to the feds. No need since we get nothing in return from them. States rights and all you know.

You do realize that with the exception of Florida, all other possible major targets for another 9/11 attack are located in blue states? Certainly can't depend on the FBI or Homeland Security to do their job for those places.
