What's radical is that we are the only major country not to guarantee health care as a human right. Every other major country figured out years ago how to provide health care to all at a much lower cost.

While I’m not giving politico a pass on this - I will say that the worst thing tech gave the rest of society is this adulation of youth and inexperience coupled with an ahistorical perception of society
a good example of how the world is getting dumber. the new politico playbook writer didn't know who FDR was until a reader told him about that whole "new deal" thing. this newsletter is read by every important person in DC.
