A friend of mine said he doesn't support the church having a female pastor and now I'm questioning my relationship with him. We didn't have time to sit and discuss what he meant, and normally I'm conflict adverse but this might be something I have to confront and bring up again.

I half-watched Combat Wombat 2 as it was playing in the TV at my buddy's house the other day, and it actually seems pretty sweet in some aspects. Doesn't seem to deserve the full negative ratings I've seen so far but I get where they're coming from, it's a little unevenly paced.

I help with social media stuff for my local charity, and an international non-profit that is in the same mission as ours started using generative AI art in their posts. Do I pinch my nose and like their posts to help boost their message to their viewers? Will that be implicit support of AI art?

Ok maybe I'm being too harsh on the US Army's parade standards. Maybe it's a good thing they chose to half-ass it since it's a thinly veiled birthday party forced by their commander-in-orange. As a former conscript I support half-assing parades, those are a pain. Though Trump deserve no ass at all.

Outside looking in to USA, it's encouraging to see record numbers for the protests. However, the world really really REALLY still implore you folks to also show up to the polls on election days with these same kind of numbers and fervour. It's not just your nation at stake, it's the rest of us too.

As a Singaporean who had to go through mandatory conscription, Donald Trump's $45mil parade is hilarious. The bearings and marching standards of the world's most powerful army is so laughable at this event! Singaporean recruits can begrudgingly do better parades with 2 months of underpaid training.
