Tried making double chocolate mousse cake from Doris Greenspan. But the cake didn't rise. She didn't use any flour - only eggs w/ chocolate. But the mousse tastes amazing. Making a regular chocolate cake to layer up with the mousse. Genius fix!

In the 150min Demon Slayer, you feel the pain of them going there again and again (the 9th flashback in a row) and “am I watching a lecture on what martial art is”. The entire movie was trying to maintain an evenly high intensity level, which, is like someone highlighting every word of a thick book.

I read a literature fiction—Rental House. Quite good. A Chinese woman (consulting firm) and White man (professor) couple met at Yale. Story was about two vacations where both family went. She migrated at 4 to US and he was the only one that got out Ohio. Fun dynamics on both sets of parents
