People have been claiming this is true my entire life and it makes me question whether I might straight up be an alien. Cardio makes me feel flat out suicidal and always has. Is this another fun ADHD/ASD thing or is my brain broken in some other unrelated fun new way
genuinely kind of hate how much it is just true that some vigorous cardio lifts your mood considerably
