First meal in Crockpot: curry with pork. Wanted a single piece of pork shoulder but couldn't find one small enough so went with precut. Rubbed in ginger paste and layered over potatoes and onions. 7 hours later and in home stretch as Golden Curry roux blocks get tossed in. #FoodSky
