It is repugnant that the federal government won't give people health care, but it will TAKE IT AWAY from trans people.

Yep. The "Dark Triad" remains stigmatizing, sensationalistic, imprecise, problematic, unscientific, and easily replaceable. It takes me back to the "good" old days of feeblemindness, moral imbecility, and hysterical women.

We need clear communication with the people.
And if the government won’t meet people’s material needs during this shutdown, the party should.
It’s time to use our resources to help others, not just get candidates elected. More food banks, less fundraising.

Genuinely though, now is the time for Dems to put those funds to use like Kat Abughazaleh did. Not with ads and robocalls but using those funds to support affected workers and families, shoring up food pantries, and making sure their constituents have what they need to get through this.
