My improv diary (talkin' to myself and making notes). Content strategy and franchise management, but no work stuff mentioned. Gardening. Pets. Gratitude. Improv. I still think MAGAts are f*tards, but won't mention it (much).
As it began, so it concludes

Is this the program that we bombed out of existence a few months back? The highly successful mission that put them out of commission forever?

Who are paid in the $12-15/hr range. Turnover is enormous.

MarComm folks stole the term, separated the words. No one knew the rules of title case. Maybe it was just. A corporate America thing.

Or fucken sick of having fires set throughout the house. "They go here! And ONLY here!"

A shit-ton of ICE agents responded to ad that said "Tired of seeing POC have more than you? Do you ever get urge to just beat a random person? Do people not respect your author-o-tie? Have we got a job for you!"

I mean, fine, but he framed it as poor campaign strategy at the very local level. Running for governor? Sure, bad idea. Running for statehouse or house rep, rubbing elbows with community organizers? Show people you care about the things they care about. Better than direct mail.

In the mail is not the same as human contact. And, to be honest, that just *sounds* like something an out of touch politician would do. As fake as Ted Cruz's Amazon vest and wraparounds. Tampons to battered women (and unhoused and...) makes the people fighting for that want to fight for you, too.

Right? There's been a whole Lotta "I think/don't think" stuff in the replies, but no one has shown otherwise. Just "harrumph!"

Community involvement is good for business if you demonstrate your values you create bonds. Maybe we can nitpick her particulars, but you're right. Will seems more and more out of touch these days.
