I’m just a non-DNC voting member asking my party to use IRV and Election Buddy to run their elections (they even have a paper option) to rid us of this exhausting process 🥲

I cannot tell you what a disappointment it is that 10 Senate Democrats voted for cloture on Laken Riley Act last night:

Cortez Masto
Gallego
Hassan
Kelly
Ossoff
Peters
Rosen
Slotkin
Shaheen
Warner
I would like the leaders to please start leading and stand up for me and my neighbors.
Sharing from my official office account.
As the chief law enforcement officer of my community, I have some thoughts about the Laken Riley Act. We should not be using a tragedy to diminish safety and justice.

National Dems (Congress) are going to have to eat a LOT of crow over the next two years because of this TikTok ban.

State Dems it’ll take a lot of work but I think we should be fine.

@arlingtondes.bsky.social should I submit a ticket to clear this?

Hope you keep the same energy when it comes to Trans Health.
Access to contraception, abortion, and IVF is a fundamental part of health care. Any attempt to curtail that hurts women and endangers lives. I stand firmly with a woman’s right to access the treatment her doctor recommends.

"If a woman doesn't look woman enough to a Republican, they want to be able to inspect your genitals to use a bathroom? It's disgusting.

Everyone should reject it completely... they're endangering women, they're endangering girls of all kind, and everyone should reject it. It's gross." - AOC

I’m glad that the Arlington County board decided to appeal the EHO case. The judge grossly stepped out of their judicial role and decided to legislate from the bench. The GA must consider amendments to state code to further clarify localities responsibility in the zoning and ordinance process.
