Every week I get several emails from people asking "what should I do?". Everyone can contribute in different ways, but the basics are fairly straightforward: join a union, work toward the creation of a mass-based ecosocialist party, and develop anti-imperialist solidarities.

The stories of the struggles of the Wetʼsuwetʼen depicted in the documentary Yintah (means “land”) are similar to the stories of liberation I witnessed while living under a totalitarian communist regime. I fell Wetʼsuwetʼen because I identify with their battles.

It is now evident with some negligible doubt that Russia using TikTok bots has manipulated the Romanian presidential elections to propel a far right pro Kremlin neo Nazi in first position. TikTok is a cyber weapon and must be banned OR fully democratized and moved into public domain.

1. I’ve seen a few people state, replying to y'day’s thread, that the left wing is innately respectful, while the right is innately abusive. I’m very much on the left (some would say far left) and have fought rightwing politics all my adult life. But in fairness I don’t think this is wholly true. 🧵
