I'm glad I have medication now, and a combo that really works.
But I've said in therapy that what really would help is money. That'd be the most effective cure for my depression (granted, wouldn't fix the ADHD/bipolar ofc).
The political unrest in the world sure ain't helping either.

MIndset shift I'm mulling over when making art. Rather than saying "I'm bad at x" I'm going to try and shift how I communicate that to myself and others as "I'm unpracticed at x" because the latter contains in part the solution and it helps me feel less stuck.
