This is a war crime. It's no different than Nazi submarines machine-gunning survivors from a ship they just torpedoed.
Exclusive: Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth gave an order to “kill everybody” in the first strike on suspected drug boats in the Caribbean. After two men survived, the mission commander ordered a second strike to comply with Hegseth’s instructions, according to two sources.

Straight-up sociopath.

Asked about a Guard member who’s dead because of his bullshit and it takes him 30 seconds to make it all about how great he is.
Q: Do you plan to attend Sarah's funeral?

TRUMP: I haven't thought about it yet, but it's certainly something I can conceive of. I love West Virginia. You know, I won West Virginia by one of the biggest margins of any president anywhere.

If Joe Biden had claimed that he redesigned the hulls of Coast Guard cutters, we'd be way over in 25th amendment territory.
With Trump, it's so common that most Americans don't even notice it now.
Trump during his Thanksgiving call with service members: "We're ordered a lot of Coast Guard cutters. Brand new, beautiful, the best machines in the world. I'm a looks person. I wanted the hull to be perfect. You know, I sort of redesigned the hull a little bit. The hulls. But we ordered a lot."

This statement is way outside of CIA’s lane and erosive of the ethical norm that intelligence should be non-partisan. If that norm vanishes, intelligence loses a very large portion of its value.

Why do they bother? We all know this will end up at SCOTUS and the six Republican lickspittles will simply rubber-stamp whatever Trump wants.
BREAKING: The DOJ has SUED Maine and Oregon for refusing to hand over their full, unredacted voter registration lists.

As more states push back against federal overreach in their elections, the DOJ is now suing to force access to sensitive voter data.

This may explain why there’s an aggressive response to people who merely post Kirk’s own words. It threatens the existence of the alternate Kirk - the motivational speaker that had been marketed to young kids and white Christian groups through selective quotation & clips.

DT is permitted by Putin to YOWL at his master, to maintain credibility. What he will never, ever do is actually and palpably harm his master's interests. In this case, he knows that Europe needs to get through one more winter before lining up full energy independence. Hence DT safely does nothing.

Why is @kristenwelker.bsky.social thanking Barrasso so profusely at the end?

Barrasso does not deserve that kind of genuflection after his repeated refusal to answer a direct question of the highest possible constitutional importance.

It's 2015. President Barack Obama has accepted a "sky palace" jumbo jet from the Qatari government, which he'll own after he leaves office. "Everybody relax," he says in an interview with the New York Times. Everyone does. The networks then televise the military parade in his honor on his birthday.

FAA halts flights at Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach, and Orlando airports for "space launch debris" after SpaceX test flight 8 explodes, like test flight 7 did. Debris falling broadly across the Caribbean and Bahamas areas. FAA will certainly need to do mishap investigation again.
