BREAKING: Preliminary FAA report on collision concludes air traffic control was UNDERSTAFFED.

This week, Trump offered already understaffed air traffic controllers a “buyout”. They were given a one week ultimatum to decide.

This is already building into a scandal that should collapse a Presidency.

Yeah, how about not dissolving the air safety advisory commission at the FAA. As your team did last week.

Opportunities are everywhere.

Make everything as hard as possible. Resist every demand. Refuse entry without a warrant. Don’t take the buyout. Their problem solving skills are 📉

This is grossly irresponsible reporting by the AP. What’s being offered is not a buyout. The deal is if you agree to resign in September you can continue working remotely until then. There is no buyout or severance.

In 2012, Seattle reduced or eliminated parking minimums Downtown and near transit. 60% of the 60,000 new units built in Seattle between 2012 and 2017 would have been illegal to build under the old minimum parking requirements. These 35,000 homes account for 10% of the City's housing supply.

A reminder that “density” is not “overcrowding.”

More density (even modest density) = less overcrowding.

42% of Americans would live in a smaller home in a more walkable community.

Yet the reality is that, in most metro areas, those communities are few & far between—and they’re typically too expensive for many people to afford.
