I know everyone is (rightfully!) up in arms about health care costs on the ACA marketplace but it's more than that. We have workplace insurance and were just informed that next year we'll be paying $376.14 every two weeks, for coverage that doesn't kick in until we have spent $15,000 out of pocket.

Preschool Thing 3 had a park friend whose dad we thought looked like Ronald Reagan.
Thing 3 is now a jr in high school and today we went to their show, where that kid had a role.
DH: (friend)'s dad doesn't look like Reagan anymore!
Me: not like Young Reagan, now he looks like Old Reagan.

Hongdian M2 fountain pen with Diamine Forever ink in Skyline, and watercolors. Everything but the pen is an experiment in continuous line drawing, which I always think looks amazing but had not tried yet. Clearly there is a trick to this and I need to try again.
