Confirming several Romanian media reports, Cluj forward Louis Munteanu, 23, has reached terms with D.C. United, which will pay substantial transfer fee, per sources. Romanian intl to sign 3.5-year Designated Player contract, with 1-year club option. Past suitors included Celtic.
