No matter how often I see this data, I always find it shocking. Of all the massive growth in output produced by the world's workers since 1980, more than half of it has been captured by the richest 1%. This is what happens when capital controls production.

If we'd need to defeat the ruling class just to introduce some minor reforms, why wouldn't we go all the way & abolish capitalism & the state?

USSR didn't invade Poland.
Polish government and state collapsed, when USSR presented a note to Polish ambassador, he had no one to direct it to since polish govt was on shores of Romania, landing the ships to Britain.

I agree that dylanc78 is totally off base here. BUT, the USSR actually did invade Poland in 1939. It was promised to them in the non-aggression pact with Hitler. Just saying.
