Not sure nationality of the Dr is the issue here. My very capable and skilled (not to mention charming and hamiche)Argentine oral surgeon in NYC used the latest equipment to pull my wisdom tooth. Bill was $3700. I don’t blame his nationality. I blame a fucked up medical industry.
