I’m happy. This simple policy will save me a whole lot of sanity. It’s a bummer for the anonymous folks who genuinely want to engage and argue, but until we get some sensible policy I can’t be bothered to spend my time debating what very well may be a machine

The “yelling at strangers” phase of the Internet was fun while it lasted. But with the advance of AI, that age is coming to an end. Do not engage in the era of “yelling at robots on the internet.” No good can come of it.

Of course, it's not Cameron sci fi, but a blend of crime-action-heist-whodunnit-howcatchem. The narrative unfolds in chapters to reveal more players as Statham stoically works his mystery. And it's nice to see the "bad guys" are clear-eyed and competent, they work hard for their money too.

It helps that the beginning piqued my curiousity right away. It felt like an 80's movie starting out in an industrial setting and meeting a cast of ordinary people laboring through their jobs (in this case Armored Car guards, but it reminded me of the oil drillers in The Abyss).

Definitely not saying you can't enjoy things for younger audiences, just that you can't have a healthy media diet if that's all you engage with.

It's worth noting that in November 2017 the PS4 outsold the original Switch. There's ZERO question that Nintendo has to navigate some SCARY macroeconomic headwinds going forward, but Black Friday 2025 is just a single recent data point in an ongoing situation.

Nice to know that somebody else knows Jet Jaguar exists!
