What happens when an entire state gives full immunity to anyone using the label "tech corporation." CA tech cos have been moving fast and breaking California for years and still make it on Newsom's wine mixer list.

Just as an example. And it's an example that shows how regulating a corporation regulates the people that comprise it... W/o that Trump could argue that mandating that corporations hire only White people because he's regulating a corporation, not peoples' rights.

Trump is terrified of these two men getting any kind of forum with due process.
So dangerous that they must be blown into small pieces rather than arrested … unless they are actually captured in which case they may go home with a warning. www.nytimes.com/2025/10/18/u...

Correct
The only explanation for this is that these people would disprove the administration’s narrative about the identity of the people we are murdering. I’m a little surprised they didn’t just straight-up murder these two in custody. That’s who the government is now.
Breaking News: The Trump administration has decided to repatriate two survivors of a deadly U.S. strike this week on suspected drug runners in the Caribbean Sea rather than prosecute them or hold them in military detention, people with knowledge of the matter said on Saturday.

Can't have those two getting a forum with any due process whatsoever, can we? I'm surprised they even rescued them.

A crime so bad you need not prove it in a court of law! Your punishment? Death or a very stern warning before going home.

It boggles the legal mind. www.nytimes.com/2025/10/18/u...
