Such a viile, ignorant person who never learns to shut the fuck up!
Nancy Mace today: “It sounds like the shooter was a tranny, or pro-tranny.”

Law enforcement tonight: We have idea who the shooter is.

violent rhetoric from the right starts all the way from the president at the top, and goes all the way down to the fringe randos.
violent rhetoric from the left is confined to the fringe randos.
can you spot the difference

Brazil's Supreme Court held its country's former president accountable for committing crimes.

Meanwhile, our country's Supreme Court gave our former president immunity from prosecution for committing even more crimes.

So guess which country is more broken and shamelessly corrupt.

Decrying violence against political opponents rings a bit hollow when you pull Secret Service protection from your political opponents.

Firing a person for telling the truth in a respectful, professional way?? What have you people become?
Hey @msnbc.com
Loyal viewer here.

Huge mistake to fire Matt Dowd. HUGE. He is one of the good guys and he wasn't wrong about what he said. It's also important to note no one understood the seriousness of the shooting at that time.

AOC: Whether it is a member of congress, whether it is the President to assume and assert and cast blame when the FBI has failed to even apprehend the assailant, is absolutely an irresponsible action.

Guys, I know you all still cling to conspiracy theories about Merrick Garland bc ... well, you watch too many TV lawyers who knew fuckall about the investigation.

But this is a fact. A trial was scheduled to happen 3 years after Jan6, just like Bolsonaro got.

Who killed it? John Roberts.

I agree with Mathew Dowd, when you foster an environment of hate and blatantly push that same hate speech on society, there is bound to be repercussions. I prefer to go back in time, when people and politicians were respectful to each other, not mudslinging and violent. 🤢

Congress passed a bipartisan law long ago mandating that a plaque honoring the officers who defended Capitol on J6 be displayed in the building. Mike Johnson has ignored that law and refuses to do it.

This wasn't done years ago?????
As we remember the victims and first responders who lost their lives on 9/11, we must honor everyone who was impacted that day. That’s why I’m introducing legislation to provide benefits to those who reported for duty and were exposed to harmful toxins that have left them with chronic health issues.

NEW: No, Charlie Kirk was not practicing politics the right way. That's what Ezra Klein said. We can condemn this heinous assassination but also recognize that with his 2020 election denialism and extremist rhetoric, Kirk built his movement with falsehoods and in a wrong and divisive manner.
No, Charlie Kirk was not practicing politics the right way
His assassination deserves full condemnation; his full impact should not be sidestepped.

We thought the social fabric was coming apart in 1968, too. You cannot think clearly or act wisely or strategically through the fog of a highly charged moment. Too often we have the experience and miss the meaning.
