The speed at which corporations r ditching DEI proves they were never serious abt diversity, equity or inclusion. Those they sought to exclude were never meant to be included. Racism, misogyny & xenophobia - that’s their comfort zone, the settings they r familiar with & comfortable operating within.

sitting in a waiting room this morning while my partner had a 6 hour long cancer removal surgery when I saw the news that the insurance CEO was shot. Im paying out of pocket because the best alternative for us is partial coverage @ 1000 a month with a 15000 deductible. Anyway heres a unrelated comic

I also cannot keep repeating myself on this but the south has been gerrymandered to hell. To say we did this entirely to ourselves is unequivocally false. Millions of voters have been disenfranchised by these republican legislations.
