Lot of truth. Tough though because if they fire Siriani, it probably gets viewed as a bad job by the top coaching candidates.
You can say it's the OC's fault and sure it's that too, but the HC gives them nothing. He's not a great game planner, he doesn't call plays, their vibes are rancid, his in-game decision making veers between cowardly and incoherent, they're undisciplined, and everyone seems to hate each other.
