When I was little, the U.S. military came to our home at gunpoint and took me and my family away. We were imprisoned for years in barbed wire camps simply because we were Japanese American. I have spent my life telling that story, hoping it would never be repeated.

Text: Let it Rain. Rain (they/them) has fair white skin contrasted by the dark chasm cracked into their chest the chasm looks like it contains the vastness of space and a sea of stars. There is a star marked on each shoulder and feathers starting at the elbow going down. They’re looking straight at the viewer with their head tilted downwards. They have pointed ears, black horns, and shaggy blue hair with red covering most of the long side bangs that cover their right eye (viewer’s left). The eye is blue with a vertical slit pupil and yellow sclera. They also have translucent grey wing that float behind them. They’re standing with their elbows out and hands on hips. The image cuts off just below the chest. They are surrounded by bright stars. An isometric view of a Starfleet Academy dorm room belonging to the Ferengi cadet, Frag Loctor. There is a pattern of vines, leaves, and roses on the corset. For her armour, she wears silver pauldrons with gold accents. The same silver covers the lower half of her face in a mask. She has olive skin, piercing emerald green eyes, and pink hair in a bob with straight across bangs. Her head is adorned with golden crown like the sun, a large rose, and a chain draping around in front of her face and looping back around behind her head. In a path behind her sword there are crystals and shimmering light. Her skin seems to me glittering.
