I have such a hard time getting up and socializing but I'm alone way too often. my new thing is, I have to go, but I don't have to stay. usually getting there is the hard part so once I do I'm ok for a couple hours. and the second I feel overwhelmed, I give myself permission to leave. so far so good

One FULLY INTENDED effect of transphobia is to remove Black and other racialized women from the category of "women" and restrict womanhood to cis white conventionally attractive women who can bear children. It's all part of a white supremacist project.

It will save you time and mental energy if you understand that a lot of white people don’t believe anything is racism unless the person doing it is wearing a shirt that says, “I am doing this for a racism.” Plausible deniability is a social survival tool for them in a way it has never been for us.
