Clarkson was on Harry’s garage and there’s this convo he has discussing how cars have lost the feeling of freedom and you don’t have the same enjoyment or lust for any new vehicles because they feel homogenous. And it’s definitely a thought I’ve had and no one seems to on it on the right motives

Regulation aside most people do not purchase tires that are capable of reaching 120mph+ nor are they willing to deal with constantly buying them as they wear out quicker. Not to mention the car maintenance or build quality associated with high speed wear. It’s expensive & quickly becomes dangerous
So vague. I agree if you're talking about setting speed limits at 100 mph and disagree if you're talking about setting them at 60. Why should I accept that 60 mph on a highway is the correct speed? Why should someone get to charge me $100 if I exceed that without harming anyone?

Apple made some weird program thing to block spam calls (mentioned it before doesn’t work) and yet they could have easily made the answering system require a randomly generated number to be entered in order to continue the call to prevent super basic spam call programs

The more self help books/podcasts we have coming out per year the more we should tax the rich. They havent done anything. It’s just like a way to remove guilt and feel okay with their lack of ambition. If they were challenged more they might actually create better things
