If you think that your primary obligation as an educator is to your student's *future employer* and not your *student*, you should not be in the classroom.
Times Higher Ed has a column today about getting rid of accommodations for students with disabilities. It is breathtakingly ableist. It argues for the exclusion of people with disabilities from higher ed. I am not linking: it's click bait, but you can see the opening paragraph below.

There are a bunch of things I like about women's basketball. The shorter games are so fast paced. It's also hard to describe, but without dunks and posting, there's a really cool feel to the shots. It has its own flow that I love to watch.
