Proud to be in the ~2% of people with more than a thousand books who organize by color!!
This is a fun one. I asked 29,000 Americans how they primarily organize their books.

- 29% don't organize their books
- 22% sort by genre
- 19% alphabetize
- 3% sort by color

But it turns out this depends HEAVILY on how many books you own. My story: today.yougov.com/society/arti...

I keep seeing this ridiculous article about how not picking Josh Shapiro as VP is somehow "antisemitic." It's hard to imagine any reasonable person thinking that way, but clearly not everyone is reasonable, so let's get a few things straight:

Walz Instead of Shapiro Excites Left, but May Alienate Jewish Voters
Many Jewish organizations backed Harris’s pick for running mate, but beneath that public sentiment is unease over antisemitism on both the left and the right.

Goth update: He was diagnosed with what we thought was a sarcoma in August, and had it removed in September. It was actually a much rarer form of cancer, but the oncologist says he’s likely fine since they got the whole tumor and there are no signs of it having spread! So happy for my sweet guy.

I know I’m not the first one to note this, but the hypocrisy of Republicans saying that blocking innocent trans people from entering bathrooms and locker rooms is about fighting sexual assault, while they defend multiple actual rapists in the Trump administration, is unbearable.
