So sad and unjust. The BBC have no justification for this decision. Although still a great institution in many ways, it can’t plausibly pretend that its news dept. isn’t riddled with bias and bigotry. Actual fascists are frequently given carte blanche.
Very sad that I felt I had no choice but to resign from The Infinite Monkey Cage - a victory for the transphobes and other bigots - I did it because so much of the media has chosen to believe the kind and empathetic people are a fiction - they are real and so often unrepresented.

It's probably stupid but often this is a time of year where I'm hit by waves of grief & minor depression. I don't like change, I don't like the passage of time, & when I see things moving on & people I love getting older, I feel very small & lost. But without change none of us would exist, so, err.
