The “immigrants are all here to steal our jobs” trope will never not be funny to me. In my experience I constantly see the opposite: talented, skilled, qualified, brilliant immigrants having their jobs stolen by mediocre, untalented, incompetent, unintelligent, cishet white men who went to McGill.
