What is so staggering about this is the huge number of Labour MPs (including many now in cabinet) who backed the Waspi campaign in opposition

I wrote this song on Saturday, recorded it yesterday and released it to you today in response to the state terror being visited on the city of Minneapolis. It’s dedicated to the people of Minneapolis, our innocent immigrant neighbors and in memory of Alex Pretti and Renee Good.

A very welcome move by our Labour government!

Academy trusts will now face inspections, not just the schools they run.

Until now, there has been little oversight of how academy trusts operate. But inspections will ensure their governance and leadership is subject to scrutiny.

How dreadful
REVEALED: Willow trees on Dartmoor common owned by Prince William deliberately poisoned with herbicide

This is an outrageous act of sabotage. Dartmoor’s commons are virtually treeless already, due to centuries of overgrazing by sheep. The culprit must be found:

I've always felt that Johnson and Farage put self-interest over the national interest - hence their dallying with Putin and his oligarchs. But directly colluding with a foreign government to take down the BBC feels like an act of supreme treachery

Pushing out both those who have betrayed our trust AND those who seek to exploit that betrayal.

Maybe he'll now remember how much he took from Putin's propaganda broadcaster Russia Today for all his TV appearances when he was a MEP?

This is a lie.

There are many criticisms you might sensibly and truthfully make of the Sentencing Council and the Sentencing Guidelines. I’ve been making them for years.

But this is an outright lie. Pure fabrication. A fraud on the public.

Or used to work.

Nigel Farage deliberately pays less tax than he should have, and the media gives him a free pass.

That, right there, is the problem.

I am equally astounded and mortified that rather than push back on the malign forces taking us to these dark places - an elected Labour government appears more interested in trying to learn from them
