How about the following hypothetical scenario: Jupyter notebook to specify directory and czi file to be opened, analysis parameters to be specified, send raw to napari, option to crop, then use jupyter notebook to analyse crop, display analysed data as new layer, saving results tables, plots etc. ?

Great talk of Maddy Parsons. Actin cytoskeleton dynamics differ significantly between 2D and 3D environments. #microscopy allow us to study these structures in tissues and in vivo. #tumour stiffness plays a role in chemotherapy.
