I am not at all surprised to see that I am on a block list called "Transphobes & Genocide Enthusiasts" both labels of which are totally defamatory & almost certainly my name is on that list because I criticised a person on X in 2024 for their behaviour, and they just so happen to be trans.

I've spent so much time polishing up my resume to absolute perfection but the final thing I had to do was make it Times New Roman, the final polish of perfection.

I am old enough to remember Neopets requiring a parental consent form for under-13s to access. The positive case for this measure is that social media companies today don’t even have that easily circumventable level of ethics.
This will give kids a break from the harms of social media, and give parents peace of mind.

I so overdosed on football this year that I was genuinely wondering not long ago whether I even wanted to continue my Bulldogs membership next year. I went to all but like 1 of our in-state games. Anyway, I'm over that exhaustion and hanging for more now.

I don't understand how anyone can watch how blatantly Grok is manipulated to answer the way ownership desires it to and then act like the other LLM chatbots couldn't possibly be similarly but less obviously compromised to produce responses in whatever way corporate interests and priorities dictate.

Twitter accounts are based in Russia. BlueSky accounts are based in homes with, frankly, too many books, plants, obsolete cables, and pieces of rustic pottery, that could do with a bit of a tidying up, to be honest.

If you’re a journalist who’s still on Twitter, from now on in your writing you have to replace “the American people want” with “troll bots in Eastern Europe demand”

Being there makes your judgment suspect. I don’t care how savvy you think you are, you’re marinating in a disinformation campaign.

It makes a loot of sense.

The right wing grifter "voice" is easy to replicate and requires no credentials or skills beyond time, shamelessness, and cruelty.

Twitter payouts for a modestly successful account aren't enough to live off in California, but will feed a family of four in Rajasthan.
I see a lot of Paidchecks on X didn’t realize that a whole lot of people on social media lie about their location to grift off the naïveté of the rage-addled American right.

Turns out this problem is real and it’s a thing those of us who worked on “disinformation” pointed out.

An apartment similar to mine just sold in my building for the exact same price i paid 2.5 years ago.

Dont let grifters convince you that lmi waivers for 1st homeowners are pushing prices up.

5 apartments have sold in my 10 apartment building in the last 2.5 years - all of them are now owner occs
Some owner-occupiers just bought the mirror version of our townhouse for an amount that (adjusted for inflation) is about what we paid 8 years ago.

Victoria gets shit done.
