Project files and tutorials are shared far and wide to help people learn how to make chiptune using predominately *free* tools made by revered members of our community. When battling the darkner enemy called “Balthizard” (the incense burner thing) in Kris’s act menu there is a Ralsei act called Light Up (doobie Ralsei?) where Ralsei does his spell animation but Fire (like Toriel and Asgore’s bullets) comes out of him, igniting the incense
