This video report is less detailed but
a) shows something I had not seen before: Good's vehicle was not actually blocking ICE vehicles - plenty of them drove past her.
b) shows that the shooter walked away with no obvious harm.

Pieced together the surveillance video, including the new angle dropped by CNN (added slow-motion), and the condition of the officer after Renee Good was shot. What do you observe?

Vehicles were able to drive around her with plenty of clearance.

Alpha News is a far-right site run by the wife of the former head of the Minneapolis police union.

Whoever leaked this to them thinks it makes Ross look good.

Which is just astonishing.
Alpha News claims that it has obtained the cellphone video recorded by the ICE officer who shot and killed Renee Good.

(Warning: Disturbing.)

JD Vance shared this incredibly damning video as somehow exculpatory for the ICE agent. Ohio State says Vance reflects who they are as a university & only has praise for him.

What this makes clear to me was that -- on top of everything else -- vile misogyny was at play here, too. Obviously we'll never know, but one now has to wonder if this would have turned out differently if it had been a male instead of a female in the driver's seat of that car.
In the video that the shooter took, which I believe was leaked to be exculpatory, he appears to yell “fucking bitch” after he shoots Renee Good.

An inconvenient truth is that right-wing and especially right-wing extremists have always been more violent than even the most violent left-wing extremists. And unlike the left, the right has always had the state's army of armed men on their side. #TrumpTerrorist #IceAgent

American Samoans occupy a strange in-between as U.S. nationals but not citizens. They pay taxes, have Social Security numbers, and can join the military—but they can’t vote. A voter fraud case in Alaska highlights their unusual predicament.
Americans by Name, Punished for Believing It
In a small Alaska town, American Samoans face prosecution for voting in the only country they’ve ever known. They live in a limbo, created by colonial expansion, that now confuses even public officials—and has made them a new target for policing voter fraud.
